try checking with Classes, Etc. Their catalogs are usually available in libraries.  Also, Fairfax County offers a lot of classes, and Northern VA Community College. Glen Echo Park also has art classes.

thanks for info! i have been scouring the net trying to find classes either here or in baltimore, but have had no such luck. cheers again :smt023

Lee arts center has silk screen workshops.  http://www.arlingtonarts.org/leearts.htm
I'm sure the torpedo factory also has workshops and classes.  Let us know what you find..  :mrgreen:

well i looked at a few of those places, but really didn't find what i was looking for. will check out your link jesse & the torpedo factory. i did find that they offer screen printing at UMBC, but it was part of the print media undergraduate program. didn't quite make out whether they offer it solo as a continuing studies course. will let ya know!
