Happy new year to all!
I am looking forward to a breakout 2015 year. I have been doing art since I was a kid and have been painting on and off for the past 25 years. I have stepped it up and taken my art more seriously the past 5 years and 2014 was a "put myself out there and see what sticks" year, doing some shows and competitions and have been pleased with the results thus far.
In addition to my July show at the Penn Place gallery in Garrett Park, look forward to participating in more local shows and connecting with other local artists.
For the last 15 months, I have been focusing on abstract work with a technique I call fluid viscous happiness. As a printer by day, I incorporate pigments used into my work. To stay fresh and creative, I will also paint landscape and still lifes.
