Any writers out there looking for opportunities?

Are there any writers on artdc who are looking for opportunities to submit their work to journals? Are there any budding screenwriters or authors?

I have access to some calls for writers. I will post them here if there is any interest. I haven't posted many in the past because it seems like most visitors to the Artist Opportunities board are visual artists, not writers. Writers: Please let me know if you want me to post more opps. Thanks.

That sounds cool.  I would love for there to be a reason for more writers to come here...
Or possibly create a list in the writer's board, where if enough interest developed, we could create a "written opportunities" board...?

Yes, please do post any opportunities you have.  I grab stuff for writers off here and send it to folks who might be interested when I see it, which isn't often.  Would love to see more.

I think it's a great idea considering that a great many of the visitors to this site are not just artists but arts professionals who write and work for art.  I'm sure you'd get a lot of interest in those postings.

there is just a couple postings down Poetic Art where writers in the form of poets are invited to collaborate with artists....the best of both worlds please take a look
