Ed Palaszynski:  Waiting for Her Prince.  I'm not a big fan of photographs but this portrait is so nuanced and has such a story to tell I could just fall into it and commune forever.  3rd floor.

Mary DelBianco, 9th floor, ceramic nests.  Just because I love them and find them totally inspirational and will probably meld her ideas into some work I'm currently doing since birds and angels seem to be showing up all over the place for no reason I can ascertain.

Marcia Fry's assemblages, Bird Brain and Candidate.  No reason, just drawn to them and find them nicely executed.

Jennifer Parrot, Glimpse, 4th.  This painting totally draws me in - love the movement, the colors, the infinite and yet intimate spaces of it.

Lukman Ahmad's paintings - all of them:  color, design, symbols and the story each seems to want to tell.  Love them!

Many more but those are my favorites so far.

Silly people, don't you know you're supposed to be voting for me? Have you already forgotten how to worship me in the manner to which I have grown accustomed to? *sigh*

Zofie Lang and Joan Arkham (both on 9) get my votes for gorgeous smaller works beautifully arranged to make one pay attention to them.  (So many artists and displays it can get a bit numbing!  theirs make me go "Ahhh")

I think Zofie hit what I was aiming for. That's the difference between a pro and a dilettante. :)

I was going to say that I heard if you touch Roger's dinosaur it increases your chances of winning, but that would be wrong of me.

I vote for the guy with the tank full of army men. No other artist at AOM has touched the lives of so many with their art. Love him or hate him, the public and fellow artists have embraced the work and spread the love (and hate) far and wide. Brilliant !!!!!!

We all wish we could touch so many peoples lives.

Thanks for pointing out the typo. I actually do keep an AOL email address. I've had it to long now to change it.

I'm old. Ergo, I deserve the bowling pin of excellence.

Case closed. Vote for me.

Roger is out of town and has left me charge of the bowling pin of excellence voting.

This will end well.

For me.

Yes, Roger is out of town. He is also in the lobby using the hotel computer checking in to make sure people vote for the best artists...not the one that bribes them with bacon.
