Paint It! Ellicott City 2014

Artists will set up their easels throughout Historic Ellicott City the weekend of July 11-13 to take part in Paint It! Ellicott City, an annual plein air painting event. The public is invited to come watch the painters in action as they paint the picturesque mill town. Artists from the community are invited to join the fun as Open Paint-Out participants. On July 14, the Howard County Arts Council will host a an opening reception for the exhibit of the juried artists' work which will also feature a one-night exhibit of paintings completed during the open paint-out.
