Join us for July CultureBlast with artist talks by Julia Kwon, Jessica Burnam, and Gloria Duan, and a DIY activity hosted by Washington Sculptors Group!
Starting at 6:30pm, guests can join us for a reception and a DIY activity inspired by our current exhibitions. Members from Washington Sculptors Group will teach guests Notan, an Eastern design principle that incorporates some of the patterning and compositional elements seen in the artists' work. Guests will be able to create a take-home piece of artwork.
At 7pm, our exhibiting artists will each give a short artist talk followed by an audience Q+A. Following the artist talks, guests can mingle, talk to the artists, and continue working on their DIY projects.
