Thanks for posting this! The letter was launched publically today and already has over 7,000 artists signatures from all 50 states - and other countries. My pleasure, Lucinda, and keep up all the great work you do.

It is important that creators speak up about their works and how the principle of copyright empowers and provides incentive for creators to earn a living with their talents and ideas."

I completely agree.

This petition clearly asserts the need for action on this important issue.
If you are an artist and/or a supporter of the arts and haven't added your name yet, what are you waiting for?
