Slowly, I am building a group of artists including painters, sculptors, photographers, poets, writers, performance artists, musicians, etc for a "DC Artist Cooperative."
The idea is that once a month, emerging artists in the DC area will come together for a show that unites and spotlights artists across many different mediums. Kind of a small, one night artomatic.
We have a few venues that are looking to host us and we are shooting for our first show in Early 2011. I am still trying to get more artists interested so we can begin planing for shows in March, April, May, etc.
